Keli, I loved the fruits and vegetables website! I'm sharing this resource with our teaching staff; they often do a Creative Curriculum study on fruits or vegetables. There are lots of great ideas the teachers can use. I also shared the site with our family childcare program staff for training purposes. This is a very different and useful resource which I never would have found on my own! Thank you! -Susan

ReplyDeleteI will definitely be posting some of those recipes in my child care center for my parents. I feel too often our parents are in a rush and resort to fast food. I love that you can be creative with your food and it be healthy for the children as well. Thanks for sharing!
Keli, you provided some excellent resources. I enjoyed reading the fruit and veggies more matters. It is critical to teach our children how to eat healthy and to pick healthier choices. This site makes it easier for parents; it gives them ideas of what meals and snacks they should serve. Also this is a good site for teachers who provided snacks to their students.
